GrantFil collects and processes mission descriptions, organizational history, and funding objectives. This information is used exclusively to generate strategic "Mission Briefing" reports and grant narrative drafts. We do not sell, rent, or trade your organizational data to third-party marketing entities.
2. Narrative Generation Transparency
To provide high-impact professional narratives, GrantFil utilizes secure AI language models via API gateway endpoints. We ensure that your sensitive project data is transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS) and is protected by the strict data handling and privacy protocols of our API model providers, which explicitly state that API-submitted data is not used to train models.
3. Third-Party Integration & Ephemerality
Our search functionality pulls live data from federal databases (SAM.gov and Grants.gov). We do not store your searching history for profiling or behavioral ad targeting; all queries are ephemeral and used only for real-time comparative analysis and matching.
4. Data Retention and Security
Your strategic drafts and discovery sessions are stored locally on your device or in secured server databases linked to your authenticated key. Server-side processing logs are cleared periodically to maintain the highest levels of operational security and prevent database bloating.
5. User Eligibility & Compliance
GrantFil is designed for professional use by non-profit organizations, municipalities, educational institutions, and small businesses. We comply with COPPA and do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 13.
