The GrantFil Strategic Suite processes highly sensitive project briefings, organizational histories, and strategic drafts. We implement robust, enterprise-grade protocols to isolate and protect your data.
1. Encryption in Transit
All communications between your browser and the GrantFil servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3) protocols. High-entropy key exchange ciphers ensure that man-in-the-middle monitoring is blocked.
2. Isolated AI Sandboxes
When drafting narratives or running briefings, your inputs are transmitted to secure AI model processing endpoints. Under our API terms of service, these prompts are processed in isolation, are strictly ephemeral, and are never used by model providers to train or retrain public models.
3. Hardened Password Storage
User credentials are protected using one-way adaptive password hashing (Bcrypt with a salt cost factor of 12). Plaintext passwords are never logged, printed, or saved anywhere in our databases or configurations.
