GRANTFIL PLATFORM SERVICE AGREEMENT & RULES

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the GrantFil Strategic Suite. By registering a key, logging into your dashboard, or generating narrative files, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Platform Access & License Keys
Access to GrantFil requires a valid user account and license credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your login keys and passwords. You agree not to share your account, lease access to unauthorized individuals, or use scraping tools to drain indexed opportunities.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
All narrative copy, templates, and discovery reports generated by your account belong fully to you. Positive Light Ministries Inc. claims no intellectual property rights over user-submitted data or generated output. The software platform interface, design tokens, indexing algorithms, and source assets are the exclusive property of Positive Light Ministries Inc.
3. Accuracy of AI-Generated Content
GrantFil provides drafting tools that leverage advanced language processing. While we design prompts for strategic alignment, we do not warrant the absolute accuracy or compliance of generated materials. User acknowledges that federal grant submission requirements are complex and that all narrative output must be vetted by a human subject-matter expert before submission.
4. Service Limits & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to any account that displays behavior indicative of automation abuse, credentials sharing, or non-payment of service fees. In the event of a key suspension, you will receive notifications detailing the security audit reasoning.
